There were three major problems with my order: 1- Even though I requested the order via express shipping, it took 55 days to arrive from China to Istanbul (Turkiye). 2- Before ordering, I asked the seller if he had a 2-meter product. When he said he had it, I ordered it. However, he apologized and said that there was a mistake and that he did not have 2-meter products and that they had to be produced from scratch. 3- When I received the products, I realized that the equipment required for assembly was missing. It took another 36 days for these devices to arrive. The seller kindly helped in all difficult situations, but in order to do the job correctly, he should have known whether the product was in stock, sent the product to express cargo, and double-checked the products while sending them. I deduct 2 points from him for these three reasons.
